Workshop

Transmute Fear into Creativity
Fear is a teacher. What happens when we stop trying to control the outcome and instead allow ourselves to lean into curiosity, transformation, and release?

Join us for TRANSMUTE
What Fear Wants to Teach Us, an intimate, 3-hour contemplative workshop designed to help you explore fear, let go of control, and connect with your inner creativity.

In this therapeutically informed, reflective space, we won't be focusing on "realistic" art or rigid techniques. Instead, we’ll use the fluid nature of watercolour as a mirror for life—learning to embrace the unexpected, trust the process, and work with "beautiful oopses".

Guided by a professional therapist through grounding reflections and an artist through fluid watercolour exploration, you’ll discover what your fear might be trying to protect—and what happens when you create space around it.

What to Expect?

  • Guided meditation, grounding exercises & reflective journaling
  • Hands-on watercolour techniques (blooming, flow, and abstract emergence)
  • Gentle emotional inquiry without the pressure of a traditional therapy session
  • Tea, light refreshments, and a supportive closing circle
  • A meaningful piece of art to take home as your personal mantra/reminder
